By ordering any of the Products listed on this Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Conditions. You will be unable to proceed with your purchase if you do not accept these terms and conditions as may be modified or amended and posted on this Website from time to time.
We reserve the right to revise and amend the Website, our disclaimers and the Conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of the Website following a change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether we have changed these Conditions.

Spring Break Workers are not liable for any travel arrangements or cost for your flight to your chosen summer resort.
Spring Break Workers will not be held liable for any changes, delays or cancellations to your flights.
Flights home are also not the responsibility of Spring Break Workers.

Part of the experience is your welcome introduction week where your reps will show you around the resort and you will experience meals out, activities, beach days and much more.
Whilst we always endeavour to make these events free, some small costs to cover areas such as meals, boat parties are not included in the price and will be subject to availability at the rep’s discretion.

If the behaviour of any individual causes offence, danger, damage or distress to others we reserve the right at all times to cancel the booking.
Spring Break Workers will be under no obligation to cover expenses incurred and will not consider or accept any claims for compensation, refunds, deposits or reimbursements of any lost hotel accommodation.
We always recommend you ask your rep on arrival as to what noise levels and certain rules are set in place at the hotel.
Many Hotels will have several hundred other guests staying in the hotel at the same time as you so if you persistently break these rules they can exercise the right to have you evicted from the hotel permanently.
Spring Break Workers can accept no responsibility for this, nor will they be held responsible for supplying you alternative accommodation at their expense.

Your Resort representative will offer you job assistance, job advice, job intro training and give you tips on how to approach managers in the resort.
Spring Break Workers and the representative are not liable or responsible if you haven’t been able to obtain work in the resort. If you do not wish to take the job you are found, you are not obliged. Your reps responsibility is to spend most of your first week helping you to settle into the area and to answer any questions you may have.
Your rep is contracted to you for a one month period and after that, it’s down to the rep whether they help you after that time.
Please note holiday reps are not directly employed by Spring Break Workers, they are independent holiday representatives.

As per our terms and conditions we will not pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if we have to change your Package after booking, or our suppliers, cannot supply your Package, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description, as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we, or the supplier in question, could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care.
Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather and significant building work outside your accommodation, which is not known to us in advance of your departure date and building work from a third party.

Once you have applied to work abroad and then you have been accepted by a staff member. We will then confirm that you are interested in working abroad by paying the booking deposit of £68.
On receiving these funds we will then send out your Welcome Introduction by email and access to manage my booking on our website. Please note the booking deposit payment is non-refundable in all circumstances.
We provide long-stay accommodation for you as specified when you make your booking and subject to these terms and conditions and assist you to find vacation work.
In return for our provision of the Services, you will pay to us the Fees, which are made up of a non-refundable Booking Deposit, which you will pay to us when you make your Booking, and the Balance, which is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your working Holiday.
We may also require you to pay a Breakages Deposit, which will be refunded to you on or shortly after your holiday ends on the assumption that there have been no damages to your room, subject to these Terms.
These fees are all compulsory, and you will not be given access to your room until the Breakages Deposit and Rep Fee have been paid, these are both due in the resort.
You may cancel your booking at any time prior to the start of your Holiday, subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

Bookings are non-refundable.

Please note that due to upfront accommodation and service costs, we are unable to offer any refunds on payments made towards your package once the booking has been made. 

Alternatively, if you wish to do so you can change your booking date, or avail of a holiday voucher for accomodation and services to the value of your booking. If you wish to do so, please contact us.

Each guest that books withSpring Break Workers will be automatically set up on a monthly payment plan, your balance will be split over a period ranging from 3-9 months depending on how long you have remaining until your departure date, correspondence of your payment plan will be sent over to you via email and will be available to view in your manage my booking.
If you do not want to be on a payment plan and wish to just pay off your own holiday in your own stages please let us know by email.
This needs to be done 48 hours before your first payment so we can cancel your subscription amount, failure to do so may result in money been taken and charges been made by your bank. Once you have made the first payment on your payment plan, the payment schedule cannot be changed or altered without our agreement, failure to make your payments may result in your space been cancelled.

If these payments are not made on time you risk losing your place with us.
If you are having any problems making payments or you need extra time to make payments please get in touch with us by email.
When booking a last minute place 2-4 weeks before your arrival date you must pay your balance in full when booking.

It is absolutely essential you take this out before you come away with Spring Break Workers.
Cheap travel and health insurance can be found from as little as £50 from comparison websites.
At the time of writing anybody from the UK is covered by E111 cards, however after leaving the EU this could well change so please ensure you are covered by an Independent insurance company.
Spring Break Workers will not be held liable for any costs incurred for medical expenses resulting in an accident, illness or injury sustained whilst working with us in the summer. So please please please ensure you have adequate cover.

Spring Break Workers work carefully with trusted accommodation suppliers to provide you with accommodation that meets our standards and criteria.
Please expect to pay a small deposit on arrival to cover for any breakages/ damage in your room. Deposits will vary slightly but will be in the region of €150 per person and are made payable directly to the hotel on your arrival.
On departing from the hotel/ apartment please ensure your apartment is clean and in the condition that you arrived in. If there are major breakages or damage arising from your stay please understand that the hotel is within the rights to withhold all or some of your deposits to cover these costs.
Your room deposit will need to be reclaimed on the day you check out of the hotel. If you fail to do this it is highly likely it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please ensure you pay your deposit to the landlord and to no other person, including the representative. The landlord can then issue a receipt to prove payment. Spring Break Workers can hold no responsibility if rent or deposit is paid to anyone else but the landlord or a member of the hotel staff.

Spring Break Workers cannot accept liability or pay compensation if a holiday is cancelled or if changes to your holiday due to war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions or any other reasons out of our control amounting to force majeure.
We ask all clients to purchase adequate insurance to cover them for such eventualities.
Spring Break Workers uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that introductions to members seeking introductions for roommates fall within the category of persons specified by them on their application form, it will not accept responsibility if, through no fault of its’ own, any such person introduced does not fall within such category.
You understand that if the authorities or council decision to close the club or bar where you work that Spring Break Workers cannot be held responsible for the council or authorities’ decision.

Injury or sickness.
Delayed, rescheduled or missed flights.
Climatic, social or political problems.
Pandemics, Epidemics, Bird flu, Swine flu, SARS, Leprosy, Shingles, Pink eye, Rickets or Chaffed lips. However, you may be able to have any cancellation fees refunded by your Travel Insurance company, subject to their terms.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

We understand the uncertainty in these times and to make our customers feel more secure in their bookings, all of our Working Holiday packages from the 2021 period onwards, will be inclusive of our fully comprehensive Covid Protection Cover, at no extra cost.

In the event of your arrival date being unable to go forward, or your package being cancelled as a result of government-imposed Covid-19 related travel restrictions, Spring Break Workers will refund you the full amount you have paid in the form of a Credit note or Travel Voucher, which will be fully redeemable against any of our Products (subject to availability)

If your arrival date goes ahead, but you are resident in a country falling under harsher restrictions at the time of travel and unable to attend, you will also be eligible to receive a Credit Note/Travel Voucher.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised Covid Cover will not apply in cases where customers choose not to fly when flights are operating as normal, and can only come into effect in the event of Travel restrictions which prohibit you from attending or your arrival date being cancelled.

Wales Weekender Non-Refund Policy.

If the Wales event does not go ahead for any reason, including, but not limited to Covid-19 it is non-refundable and the event will be postponed to a further date.
A lot of time, planning, and preparation goes into our events including upfront costs for venues/location, public appearances, DJs, equipment, staff, etc. hence this event is strictly non-refundable. Under the circumstances of cancellations due to any reasons as mentioned above, we will keep all guests and bookings updated with the future postponed event date. Under the current normal expectations of the event going ahead, it will do so with all social distancing and government rules that are in place. If for any reason the night club becomes inaccessible or cannot open, the weekend will still continue as a meet up for all guests to make the most of and enjoy the event.
Please note that for the foreseeable future all events are subject to future restrictions or potential cancellation due to Covid-19 and we must follow any legal guidelines the government put in place. Safety and public health will always be our top priority.
If there are any changes to be made under any circumstances, guests shall receive updates via Email, SMS, or Whatsapp accordingly.
